Join Project Learning Tree (PLT) in Easton on April 25th to learn more about PLT’s PreK-8 Curriculum. For more information, navigate to PLT’s webpage on the event.

Description

Hands-on; minds-on activities connect with topics in Science, Social Studies, English Language Arts and Math. Try out, discuss, and apply them to your teaching situation. Collegial atmosphere. $20 includes PreK-8 Curriculum Guide with 97 activities and supporting resources. Certificate of Completion awarded. PDP’s may be earned. Plenty of time after the workshop to stroll Borderland estate’s landscaped grounds and woodland paths. Sponsored in Massachusetts by the Department of Conservation and Recreation with support from the Massachusetts Forest Alliance.

Looking for books, videos, or curricula on environmental topics to use in your classroom? The following GREEN TEAM Virtual Library includes resources for students of all ages. Many of the videos and curricula are available for free online. Look for other resources at your school or local library. In case you cannot find a book or video at a library, we also provide links to help find these resources for purchase online.
