The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection provides a GREEN TEAM library of videos, books, curriculum, recycling activity kits, and general solid waste resources for loan to Massachusetts educators. Our goal is to support and promote school recycling education and programs by making these materials available to teachers.
Descriptions of available materials are provided in THE GREEN TEAM Library Catalog along with borrowing instructions.

Or you can download the full list of GREEN TEAM Virtual Library resources (xls).
Looking for books, videos, or curricula on environmental topics to use in your classroom? The following GREEN TEAM Virtual Library includes resources for students of all ages. Many of the videos and curricula are available for free online. Look for other resources at your school or local library. In case you cannot find a book or video at a library, we also provide links to help find these resources for purchase online. We have highlighted a few resources that THE GREEN TEAM has available for schools to borrow. To request a physical copy from THE GREEN TEAM, please email recycle@thegreenteam.org.
See THE GREEN TEAM English Language Arts document for how materials in THE GREEN TEAM library align with learning standards in the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks for English Language Arts.
